Built from the ground up — a multi-tenant CRM and case management platform serving diverse SMB clients across professional services and fleet management. Custom .NET WebForms/SQL Server architecture designed before cloud commoditisation. Fifteen tenants, five environments per tenant, built by a team of six in nine months. Replaced paper-based and spreadsheet-driven business processes at scale.

Runs on an on-prem RTX 5090 and orchestrates a pipeline of open-source models: Wan 2.2 for video, Flux for imagery, Kokoro for voice, Meta MusicGen for scoring and FFmpeg for final assembly. Built to prove enterprise-grade generative video without per-minute cloud rendering costs, data-privacy risk or API lock-in.
