Led full-stack solution architecture, technical design and brand transformation for a commercial lighting business, aligning the digital experience, CRM and operating model around measurable commercial outcomes.
- Defined the digital ecosystem architecture: a Next.js 16 commercial lighting portfolio, a Blazor .NET 8 ERP/CRM platform and Azure cloud services connected through API-first integrations.
